MarketYourSchool is currently focusing our efforts on the K-12 Canadian market. We have begun our initial marketing plans on schools in British Columbia. The province is home to over 2300 schools. We have partnered with a number of school districts in the province to pilot our app in some of their schools (including both elementary and secondary). These pilot programs have been extremely successful and has led to positive reviews and a high adoption rate. Our app is now being utilized by close to 150 schools province-wide and those numbers are trending upwards. We are now targeting the province of Ontario with its close to 5000 schools, the most in Canada. As we look to increase our growth, the next area we will focus on are the Prairie provinces, home to roughly 3000 schools. Our goal is to continue our exposure across the country. We are very interested in providing a French-language version of our app. Quebec has the potential to greatly impact our company's success given its size as the home to the second most schools in Canada. We plan to introduce a French version of YourSchool by 2018.

Our Strategic Plan
Our strategic plan is to work with local school districts to pilot our app in various schools (including elementary and secondary). Our efforts have been very successful and have led to a strong adoption rate of our participating schools. We are benefitting from positive word-of-mouth which is making it easier to market our app in other schools and districts. While we are currently focused on the Canadian market, we believe that our product is scalable. YourSchool anticipates that international expansion (notably the U.S.) will begin by 2020. Our app is currently available for download by schools on iTunes (for iPhone and iPad) and Google Play (Android).
